"Ferguson Homeplace " On Upper Crabtree Road, in Haywood County, NC, a lovely old farm sits right next to the road. The abandoned farmhouse sits tightly in the curve leaving one to suppose that the road was built around it. The mountain in the distance is Chamber’s Mountain. This lovely pastoral scene is nestled between the two. Always one of my favorite Crabtree landscapes, I am thankful to have captured it on canvas as this property is now being developed.
